1. Prior to starting with Chicago Title, I had my real estate license for several years - not a surprise coming from a real estate family. My mother was a broker with her own office in the 90s (Kessler Management Group) and her mother was a broker with her own office - the first female broker in Snohomish County (Green Gables Real Estate - in the 60s & 70s). Although being a real estate agent wasn't for me - I really understand your needs and the needs of your client, and I am happy to help you, and your client, understand the title insurance process, the risks we evaluate and clear title issues that are keeping you from closing.2. I have 20 plus years with the Seattle Knights as well as working on my own - primarily to write and direct choreography for community theatre groups in Monroe and Everett, plus assisting annually with Last Leaf Productions Shakespeare selection and the stage combat involved there. I particularly like working stage combat with young people - and I thrived under the challenge of teaching a 12 year old how to play Helen Keller and be violent while at the same time being blind, deaf & dumb - it was a challenge to teach her not to anticipate blows, not to make eye contact with her partner and how to 'look clumsy' yet remain accurate. 3.
