• Manage member flow in the office and on virtual group meetings, including check-in/out, collecting payment, management and creation of prescriptions, submission of prior authorizations for medication, and drug screen collection.• Maintain accurate member information in the EMR including but not limited to demographic information, group appointment scheduling, individual appointment scheduling, ensuring appropriate prescription coverage for members and provider compliance scheduling.• Responsible for coordinating member medication counts, completing health/ safety drills, monitoring PDMP for state compliance, and adhering to office compliance standards.• Proactively engage in community relations activities.

• Assists clients in the community to allow them to function more independently. • Serves as the liaison for Mountain Comprehensive Care Center and Primary Care Center to establish a working relationship between the two entities.• Proactively solves conflicts and address issues that occur between the two entities. • Responsible for scheduling client therapy and group therapy appointments, completing intake paperwork, collecting co-payments, and completing intake paperwork process.

• Oversee the daily operation of the longitudinal NIH-funded R01 “Social Networks and HIV Risk among Rural Drug Users”, improving the study’s overall follow-up rate from 72% to over 94% by the initial study term’s end.• Maintain and audit secure databases and physical files according to IRB protocol, develop and distribute monthly reports to staff and P.I., and facilitate weekly team meetings. • Interface between PI, study staff, participants, and vendors, supervise staff, and develop working relationships with drug rehabilitation facilities, prisons, and jails throughout the state.
