I have been a jack of many trades, most particularly and recently web-based software development, training and support. I spearheaded the ongoing development of the Fusion remote heart monitoring software package at Braemar Manufacturing; I was heavily involved in the software's development roadmap, front-end engineering, verification testing and documentation. I was the sole contact for training and troubleshooting the software with our customers.Later I was the principle training and software support contact for BioTelemetry (later Philips) Millennia holter monitor software; I provided initial and ongoing training for all customers, and handled some software installations and tech consulting and troubleshooting surrounding it. Our customers were of various sizes, from large medical networks to small cardiology practices.I have experience with startup companies, with small established companies and with large corporations.
