• Served as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for $2.3M in Congressionally-directed contracts to include work in Tanzania; provided oversight for 17 contractor personnel.

• Responsible for the creation and operation of a 2,000 square foot laboratory dedicated to carrying out studies in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices per 21 CFR Part 58.
