I am the safety officer of the West Stand at Glanford Park, Scunthorpe and duties include general health and safety identification and awareness; delegating tasks and objectives; conflict management; assisting with compaints and queries.

Assisting in running daily operations of restaurant that serves on average 2000 daily, implementing procedures & people positioning that reflects the different scenarios that occur within the restaurant. Currently the scheduling manager that produces weekly schedules in line with laws & regulations, labour budgets and projections; analysing trends & event finding that could also affect the restaurant. Leading teams of around 150 staff members and help apply people practices to keep the team motivated & enjoy their job. Happy crew happy customers

Currently, I deal with the production of maintaining a consistent flow of customer orders which include complaints, orders and requests; also i am in the middle process of becoming a crew trainer which includes repsonsibilites of running certain areas of the store, complying with daily, weekly and monthly tasks and targets; delegating tasks and other processes to employees on shift.
