I co-founded True You in order to share insight from personality type systems such as the Enneagram in a way that’s relevant and accessible in today’s environment. My role as behind-the-scenes partner includes:• Planning engaging, memorable workshop events.• Creating and maintaining a polished, snappy website.• Developing and designing printed materials and products.• Creating video content.

As an educator, seeing my students succeed always gave me immense joy. I worked with many types of students (including students with learning differences), offering academic subject support, helping students prepare for high-stakes tests like the SAT, and providing coaching in study and life skills for success in school and beyond. My breadth of experience allowed me to take a flexible approach, accounting for the individual needs of each student. As an entrepreneur, I owned every piece of my business's operations. Here's some of what I've done:• Customer Engagement: I started my business from zero by researching and cold-calling influencers in my industry, communicating my value proposition, and building relationships.• Problem Solving: I'm always optimizing; for example, I integrated my website contact form, customer database spreadsheet, and phone, which saved me time and allowed me to easily keep track of new clients.• Copywriting: I developed engaging instructional content and marketing materials for print and social media. I designed a website that defined my high-value brand.• Relationship Management: I drove growth by connecting with people, answering questions, and listening—customer service via emotional intelligence and expert knowledge.

As a tutor at AJ, I worked under the mentorship of some of the Bay Area's best private educators. I generated referrals to the company by providing clients a exceptional experience and impressive results. I helped bring new tutors up to speed on technological and client-service best practices.

I started at AJ as one of only four admin team members and saw the company grow enormously during my time there. I filled many roles—here are a few:• Representing AJ at the front desk, solving problems for clients and team members• Training new team members in administrative processes• Managing supplies, materials, and logistics in a dynamic environment• Helping the sales team sign up new clients• Following up with clients to collect on outstanding invoices• Developing test-grading and record-keeping solutions• Designing client and staff feedback surveys, compiling results, and creating reports

At Philanthropedia I compiled and analyzed research data to help determine the highest impact nonprofits in specific areas. I also proofread website copy and supported social marketing campaigns.

At Compton I helped evaluate grant proposals, manage a database of partner organizations, plan board events, and communicate with colleagues in the nonprofit world.

At IFTF I organized research data, edited documents, contributed written pieces, and assisted in office organization.
