I enjoyed leadership roles at PTS which involved me working closely with various departments including the Sales Team, Procurement Team, Design/Marketing Team. This involved fostering strong business partnerships with all suppliers, negotiating, creating supplier contracts, training staff and continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving performance within various departments.

Skills Solutions are a large training provider in the North West. My role was to train graphic designers towards City & Guild NVQ qualifications and also give training to skilled design professionals working at various Design & Advertising companies in the North West.Achievements:• Awarded a City & Guilds award for Training Excellence• 100% Retention and Pass rate
