Main Duties include;Establish a formal framework for the on-going review, challenge and oversight of the Bank’s liquidity forecasting and stress testing processes, including model validations, assumptions review with clear documentation and audit trail.Provide recommendations on the Bank’s limits, liquidity risk policy, and liquidity risk methodology.Develop an initiative to work with the first line of defence businesses to ensure there is appropriate MI within the Bank to manage liquidity risk by enhancing reporting processes, frameworks, responsibilities, authorities and a limit structure Provide 2nd line oversight and challenge for the Bank’s regulatory reporting including a review interpretation guidance, ILAA process, independent substantiation of underlying data and involvement in all new regulatory pronouncements. Provide technical input to the on-going need to effect systems enhancement projects to implement automated solutions in relation to reporting and analysis requirements including Basel III and CoRepEnsure the timely MI delivery for the Bank’s relevant committees and forums to ensure a robust 2nd line oversight and challenge is provided.

Main Duties included;Responsibility for delivery of Liquidity MI reporting to the Bank’s key governance committees, including, forecast cash-flow modelling, liquidity stress testing, early warning indicators and the Bank’s Individual Liquidity Requirement.Production and review of all the Bank’s liquidity regulatory returns to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the FSA.Responsibility for ensuring the Bank’s liquidity risk appetite is embedded in the planning process and the Business is fully aware of these Board approved metrics.Reviewing, reading, writing and developing responses on regulatory requirements across the liquidity risk agenda to ensure the Bank meets all regulatory commitments.Assistance in the delivery of the Bank’s ILAA.Key project contact to provide Treasury support and other requirements (Mortgages / Current Accounts and Cash ISA).ALM attendance at key product boards with provision and delivery of treasury update.

Main Duties:Team lead whose primary responsibility is to maintain the accounting for all treasury instruments and cash management within the Bank, including Securitisation, Hedge Accounting requirements and Derivative Accounting.Management the processes for the initial set up and ongoing maintenance of the EMTN Programme, Retail Bond issuances, Credit Rating and investor reporting.Production of all IFRS 39 and IFRS 7 statutory disclosures.Ownership and production of securitisation statutory accounts from start-up.Preparation and oversight of the short and long-term planning process for the Treasury balance sheet, P&L and production of budget/forecasting reporting pack.Project involvement to provide treasury accounting/cash management input for the Bank’s transformation programme including, Ledger migration, Mortgages, Cash ISA.

Main Duties:Responsible for delivering consolidated Bank results and managing the preparation and commentary of IFRS results to senior management and Group Finance.Ownership for production of statutory accounts for all entities within the TPF group.Audit Liaison – Key contact for internal and external audit to deliver audit requirements and ensure an unqualified audit opinion.Production of monthly financial reporting, reconciliations whilst ensuring overall general ledger integrity.

Main Duties included;Production of Consolidated AEGON UK quarterly IFRS results.Responsibility for AEGON UK Staff Pension Fund reporting process.Development and maintenance of reporting standards ensuring that all parts of the Aegon UK group comply.Providing financial reporting and accounting services to companies within the Aegon UK group.Completion of statutory accounts and accounting issues for Aegon UK subsidiaries.Preparation of US GAAP, completion of NSO and ABI Returns, development of SOX process and IFRS conversion of Statutory Accounts

Main Duties:Preparing, reporting and distribution of consolidated operating expense position with relevant business schedules and high quality analytics.Production and ownership of current and future headcount information.Development and management of corporate cost base to identify and apply savings and implement relevant financial controls.Budget deliveries for both finance and non-finance personnel whilst inter-facing with department heads to monitor spend levels and provide financial solutions.Financial control procedures, financial administration, structure updates, process efficiencies and ongoing maintenance within the General Ledger and department to facilitate accurate expense flows.Review and analysis of budget and forecast data providing variance and trend analysis to operational Business areas.Development of Key Performance Indicators and all Capital/Supplier Reporting.

Main DutiesProject delivery within the financial constraints of the business, working with project and budget holders to provide financial influence and instill process controls and disciplines. Reporting and monitoring individual projects, to ensure programme delivery and approve costed project plans in line with funding, and apply business case rationale.Costing of individual projects and long term resource planning.Reporting benefits delivery (process and support) and focusing on cost management.
