I have enjoyed a progressive career in the refined energy products industry. My opportunities to apply skills have ranged from retail development, risk management, wholesale account management, and bulk delivery operations. I have led large teams to achieve their potential by developing engagement and leadership structures to execute efficiently. I believe that the strength of any organization is related to the development of the personnel, customers, and vendor-partners. My career has revolved around the propane, refined fuel, and retail components of the energy marketplace. I have had the privilege to be a member of the executive levels of several organizations throughout the Midwest. I have also created the consolidation of multiple organizations and led several company acquisitions. I provide a high-energy and motivated leadership style that sets demanding, yet achievable goals for both the organization and individual teammates. I want to continue to create change in this industry for the remainder of my career.
