Responsible for generating specifications and detailed pricing for our internal account team andsales team. Costing proposals can include a variety of marketing programs including: demand generation, lead management, and integrated marketing initiatives including email, content syndication, SEM, websites, social media, and lead nurturing.

Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for the company. Coordinate event planning for multiple communities and grand openings including city officials, investors and potential clients. Develop and execute every creative project including all business contracts and client interaction. Create and implement competition analysis and value graphs on a monthly basis for executive management of marketing trends. Conduct field sales analysis to determine status of account activity. Directly manage and coordinate multiple client accounts. Oversee event planning, media planning and placement, contract negotiation with media publications.
