I am an experienced community consultation and stakeholder engagement professional, passionate about creating dialogue between businesses and their stakeholders to achieve equitable outcomes for both parties. I have developed and implemented complex stakeholder engagement plans and strategies to successfully achieve a range of projects from government approval through to construction and completion. To do so I have identified the needs of all stakeholders and the approaches required to ensure the sharing of information to meet the expectations of all parties including consent authorities. I have also developed and initiated supporting policies and procedures to ensure ongoing consistency for stakeholder management.I am highly skilled in negotiating complex proposals with a range of stakeholders including private landholders to reach agreement; and have expertise in conflict resolution and complaints management. I have applied my negotiation skills to facilitate access to private landholdings for the initiation of a range of mineral exploration activities including drilling and seismic surveys; and the completion of flora and fauna studies associated with large infrastructure and mining proposals. My skills also extend to the conduct of investigations, gathering evidence and preparing reports and I have experience in issuing penalty infringement notices and preparing evidence for court proceedings.
