I have a technical background in web development and did this as both engineer and technical lead for over 5 years. I then transitioned into Project management and over recent years programme management where I have had varying assignments including the responsibility for the digital channels across the Americas, managing the migration of 35 sites globally from old infrastructure to a new hybrid infrastructure on premise and on cloud. This included building new public web sites on a new content management system, Adobe Experience Manager. Later it progressed into managing the migration of the banks digital applications from on premise infrastructure to cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services. include 39 public websites, approximately 30 digital banking applications as well as a host of other applications in addition to leading the technology direction for browser capabilities.My latest assignment has been to programme management where the creation of a new Mobile Platform for the bank that is used across 25 markets and create the lead the teams creating the platforms capabilities to support the banks strategic deliveries.
