The day-to-day duties of this role include:• Managing contractors.• Ensuring that quality, budget and project time scale milestones are met.• Liaising with stakeholders.• Attending meetings with the project team.• Managing defects, liabilities and handover.experience in leading and motivating a team.experience in contract negotiation and delivery.• Well developed communication skills.• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.• Exceptional attention to detail.• Strong Computer skillsConstructing Exceptional Landscapes for the Domestic and Commercial World
