What I Do:I utilize people analytics and leadership development to help organizations improve employee engagement. How I Do It:Step 1: Capture an Organization’s People AnalyticsLedgestone’s Employee Insite is a proprietary assessment that measures how employees experience the leadership and culture in six dimensions: Security, Connection, Alignment, Purpose, Value, and Accomplishment. Ledgestone’s data science team analyzes how employees perceive the organization’s performance in these areas and the importance of each dimension to the employee. Step 2: Provide Organization with an Employee Engagement Solution Pathway I create a pathway for leaders to leverage the data analysis with an actionable plan to increase employee engagement. These pathways are customized for each organization based upon the organization’s people analytics, leadership, and organizational structure. Step 3: Train and Develop the Leaders to Actualize the Employee Engagement Solution Pathway I provide tailored training and development for the leadership team, which helps leaders understand the drivers of employee engagement. Additionally, I facilitate intensives with the leadership teams to enhance the effectiveness of the executives to drive organizational change.
