I've enjoyed an amazing 20+ year career designing and providing solutions for the cable and telecommunications industry, and each of those experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges customers face and how to work through the process to arrive at the best solution. During this time frame my primary focus has always been to make best practice recommendations and to implement solutions that solve customer challenges big and small.I have proven abilities in the each phase of the sales process, with experience in selling to all organizational levels including C-level executives. I believe in consistent communication and transparency with all customers. I have experience managing people and processes, and have enjoyed the oversight of the software development life cycle in agile and waterfall development environments.While I feel satisfaction knowing I've done everything I can to help ensure the success of my customers, I am more proud of the mentoring and guidance I have been able to provide my coworkers. Most have grown within the organization, and several have moved on to leadership roles in new companies where they are making differences for their customers and coworkers.
