(Defect tracking database)-The highlight of this employment experience would have to be the responsibility I was given in regards to managing the multiplayer testing for the title Pure. A permanent employee had originally been tasked with that responsibility, but he was pulled off to test on another title. My lead at the time felt that I had shown some promise and decided to let me have a shot at it. I was given one resource to work with and later was responsible for managing a large team as we worked on the 16 player functionality.
