For the past 20 years i have worked in a contact center environment, starting as an agent and moving to a Team Leader. For the last 9 years i have worked on the Call Routing aspect, starting as a Technician, i have now progressed to Senior Engineer role, I have 10 years experience working with Genesys Call Routing solution, Rockwell ACD's, NICE Recording solution. I have been heavily involved in the design and implementation of a new SIP based call center solution serving 6,500 agents.At the end of 2012 I joined Anana. Anana integrates technology solutions for the Enterprise and for the Telecommunications sectors. We sell, integrate, deploy, service and manage solutions across two main lines of core competencies, Enterprise Contact Center Solutions and Carrier Applications Solutions. Again in a Support Role supporting Genesys solutions deployed in some large and well known companies.
