I lead brand and marketing projects from conception to delivery, interpreting briefs to deliver strong creative solutions that meet business needs. Strategic brand direction for ATL campaigns, creative ideation for marketing initiatives and art directing 3D designers. Ensuring consistency across brand and marketing, raising the bar for design quality across all outputs and pitching bold concepts to senior stakeholders across the growth marketing department.I manage four reports, organising workloads, setting goals, giving design direction and building efficient processes and workflows with the studio lead.

Responsible for ideating and executing static and animated design concepts for a wide range of marketing across paid media, CRM and PR. I was part of the brand refresh, helping to bring the new branding to life across marketing. I worked closely with other disciplines such as copywriters, creatives and motion designers to level up quality and push boundaries of Wise’s output. Managed of two midweight designers, having responsibility for their development, up-skilling and general wellbeing.

Lead new creative concepts for advertising, customer comms and product launches in collaboration with the creative director, design lead and copywriters. Worked on developing new branding for product launches as well as testing new marketing assets across paid media.

Owned the creative direction for Audible member marketing campaigns across web, app and Amazon devices such as Alexa and Fire TV. Also conceptualised and created artwork for Audible original audiobooks and podcasts.

I was responsible for the visual output of the display and eCRM channels in the Global Marketing Design Studio. I worked collaboratively with copywriters, developers and the wider marketing team to deliver digital marketing assets - from banner ads to emails, social media and sponsorships.
