• Managing client site portfolios, and ensuring deadlines are met each month• Overseeing the day to day running of 25 service engineers In the North & Scotland area• Planning in the work for all engineers, ensuring work is panned a month in advance• Provide reports to the area manager on a weekly basis (predictions / Actuals)• Travelling the county to attend monthly meetings with my clients. Within this role my duties and responsibilities were as follows:• Working for the account manager to ensure all day to day issues on site are resolved• Organize engineers work planner, and book in the site visits• Order any equipment / PPE for the engineers • Responsible for monitoring Health and Safety in the team and ensuring that I was up to date with all company safe working practices
