I am a Patent Attorney and Director at the specialist patent firm Symbiosis IP. With a strong academic and scientific background, I have extensive experience in a broad range of technologies in the Life Sciences including: vaccine technologies for veterinary diseases; anti-infectives; diagnostics including platforms and tests for early detection of bacterial infection; agrochemical compositions, including chemical and biopesticides and insecticides; biomarkers; gene therapies; and medical devices, including those adapted devices for use in remote environments. As a firm, we regularly work individual inventors, academic institutions, and several small and medium sized companies, drafting and successfully prosecuting cases at the UK IPO, EPO and throughout the world.
