Former CEO of the MTA, Commissioner of NYC DOT, President of Bombardier Transportation Americas, Group Chief Executive AECOM Global Transportation, and Managing Director Global Transportation and US Infrastructure Hatch. Former Senior Independent Director of the Board at National Express (served 11 years on NX Board and term limited by UK law). Chairman Emeritus/Board Director Regional Plan Association and Vice Chairman Greater Jamaica Development Corporation. Played key role in the development and execution of the Second Avenue Subway, the multi-billion dollar post 9-11 Lower Manhattan Transportation Plan, and the passage of the New York State 2006 Bond Act.
