Hi, I’m Lee Shelton. I’ve worked in dehydrated potatoes for several years and the Dairy Industry for over 15 years. I’m a great organizer, trainer and leader with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science. I led the development of a training system and training materials in a plant that previously had no formal training. As a result, the time it took to train an ice cream operator went from years to just 3 months. I’ve loved what I have done for work. I even went to the well known Penn State Ice Cream Short Course and was valedictorian.
