• Supporting new corporate business by acting as the internal contact person for clients. Helping these clients to purchase tickets, trouble-shoot problems and make sure ticket orders are processed and delivered on time.• Supporting existing corporate business by answering phones, processing web orders and answering emails while delivering the highest level of customer service• Maintaining the customer database by entering and reviewing account information on a regular basis.• Up-selling and back selling into the database.• During major events, particularly but may not be limited to, Super Bowl, Final Four, Masters Golf Tournament, Olympics, World Series, Playoff Games and Bowl Games, this position may be required to assist with pick-ups, delivery and reception.

• Updating competitive pricing on a daily basis, with a particular attention to detail and communicate that information via email to sales, marketing and purchasing.• Sales staff coverage coordination; ensuring the sales floor has adequate coverage based on projected call volume at that time. This means keeping a schedule for check in, check out, lunch and vacation times.• Executing sales support tasks such as sending and/or preparing thank you cards, keeping the database clean and updated, and building and sending daily faxes.• Maintaining, updating and communicating inventory levels to sales, marketing and purchasing. Due to the nature of the ticket business all inventory is time sensitive and this role will communicate inventory levels on a regular basis so that proactive sales and marketing activities can target those inventory groups for promotion or sales.• Picking up tickets at various venues — “on sales”.• Coordinating company and event travel; making travel arrangements for events and internal travel.
