I was an assistant director working for the bank as a proposition manager for our SME, Large Corporates and NBFI clients.I created customer collateral for external and internal events, how I could support our customers with existing propositions or build new innovate ways to support their needs.

I was in charge of acting as a customer contact for the bank in all matters relating to their cash and coin queries for across 3 centres.I would attend customer sales meetings to discuss our products or services. All customers that were set up by myself I would support the business through their transition to the bank and be on hand for the first quarter to make sure that their reconciliation at the head offices, stores where correct and the process was a smooth as possible.
