I'm into my 20th year at Sensory Spectrum now! As Program Development Director of our Managed Services division, I apply my training and consulting skills in supporting food, beverage, fragrance, personal and home care platforms for our clients using testing methods that address their needs. Supporting these clients is far more than executing tests -- it's employee development, continuous improvement of processes, client consulting and training, resource management, training panelists and personnel in new areas, quality monitoring, and then some! So say hello if you see me in an airport - my fellow team members and I devote lots of time to our personnel and our clients at each client site, Our US managed service sites support both domestic and international work. With 19 years at Sensory Spectrum, I have tasted, touched, smelled, felt, and seen all manner of products and ingredients. In my role as Director of Training & Education, I'm developing our course catalog and leading our trainers in refining the Spectrum training model to meet the evolving needs of our clients. At my facility and on the road, I provide panel training & support for descriptive analysis and sensory quality; facilitate development of objective sensory language within companies; moderate sensory-focused qualitative research, and provide on-site descriptive analysis. I manage a mix of internal trainings and projects for foods, personal care, cosmetics, flexible and rigid surfaces, and pharma for CPGs, ingredient suppliers, and retail food companies.
