Patent holder with Suma/Cisco for a Telecom interface bus design.Design examples include Ethernet switches, Processors, Reflective memory, Micro controllers, Power supplies, FPGAs, Network Interface Controllers, Analog input and additional custom electronics and IO bus designs.Bus architecture experience while contracting include Motorola 68020 Module bus (for Motorola Eagle Modules), VME, CompactPCI, ISA, EISA, PCI & custom interfaces such as a parallel RS-485 and fiber optic interfaces for reflective memory products.Changed company direction in 2000 to provide products instead of contract engineering services.Product designs include:30MB/s fiber optic reflective memory system for both PCI and VME, custom VME RM system for Lucent Technologies.Designed 25+ Single Board Computers for VME, PMC, compactPCI, COM Express, VPX and custom form factors. Single Board Computer designs included processors from Intel, AMD, Freescale and IBM.Grew revenues to over $4M. Sold Orion in 2011.
