CurrentWholesaler with a wide range of products including confectionery, health and beauty and stationery, supplying popular brands to companies across the UK.Leading the warehouse and distribution function with a large team of staff to deliver a wide range of products to companies across the UK including Welcome Break, Roadchef, Moto, Centre Parcs and Haven Holiday Parks.Coordinating day-to-day logistics and managing goods-in, goods out, storage and transportation functions.Managing stock control processes and ensuring accurate use of the SAP CRM system by staff teams.Monitoring and reviewing warehouse processes and resolving bottlenecks to improve productivity levels.Promoting a culture of high-performance to deliver a best-in-class proposition for customer service.Chairing daily / weekly performance meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues for improvements.Delivering staff coaching and mentoring to enable progression and personal development to full potential.Undertaking staff performance management with regular appraisals and one-to-ones to review progress levels.Supporting the recruitment and selection of new staff members to meet company / departmental needs.
