Guided Clients to take ownership of, and ongoing maintenance of the installed Epos System. Also Produced training material associated with the installed software. Acted as consultant to help client improve business processes associated with the installed Epos System. Diagnose areas where further training / understanding is required and recommend improvements to ensure the business is getting the best out of the system. Also recommended new functionality to existing systems to enhance the system’s productivity. Assisted in resolving any escalated support issues raised by sites.
