I started working at WKU Owensboro in the fall of 1993. Initially, I was hired as the sole IVS (Interactive Video Services) Facilitator on campus. As our campus grew, I eventually became the Lead IVS Facilitator and supervised the other facilitators on campus and worked closely with the IVS Department on the Bowling Green campus as far as scheduling, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on our campus.In July of 2012, I was hired as the IT Consultant on campus providing IT support for the students, staff and faculty on the Owensboro campus. My primary job duties included troubleshooting all technical issues on campus; maintaining the website for WKU Owensboro; creating content and monitoring social media accounts and digital signage monitors on campus; creating IDs for students and staff; maintaining the automated door system; assisted with interactive television needs, and serving on various teams and committees on campus.Due to state budget cuts to higher education, my position at WKU Owensboro was cut in March of 2018.
