Develop origination/production and servicing risk reports for Counterparty portfolio.

• Execute and maintain data integrity for the entire corporate risk data reporting environment that handles all of the regulatory reporting (FR Y-M, FR Y-Q, FR Y-A, CCAR, 10-Q, and other corporate risk reporting).- Create and maintain SSIS (SQL Services Integration Services) packages to extract, load, and transform data from various lines of corporate businesses to be housed in a secure database warehouse.- Maintain corporate Policy and Reporting procedures/documentation for audit that is reviewed on a quarterly basis by the Federal Regulatory Board (Chicago and New York division).- Create and establish complex reporting edits via SQL server to maintain and uphold data integrity for universal reporting needs by the Federal Regulatory Board.- Develop and distribute trending reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for Senior and Executive management that include high-level views with drill-down capabilities.- Automate and streamline quarterly/monthly reports from excel to Actuate- eSpreadsheet reports that handle differing variables.

•Provide executive reporting and analysis for Ally’s Repurchase/Warrant Portfolio ($1.2 Billion), Marketshare volume, and Warehouse lending business channel.-Streamlined an Access database process that took 4 hours into a SAS process that compiled data in 20 minutes with additional data components.-Enhanced the Repurchase and Warrant executive deck so that the completed deck is compiled in 1 day compared to 3 days.-Created and maintain historical Repurchase/Warrant and Marketshare data in SAS database.-Restructured the data-mining process for Marketshare volume from Access to SAS to increase reporting quality and autonomy. -Made efficient changes to Warehouse lending reports to increase reporting productivity.

• Provided end to end reporting on Collection efforts, Recovery efforts, and Collectors’ performance for the legacy Wachovia and Wells Fargo small business lending portfolio.-Spearheaded a high-end senior reporting project that converted a manually excel report on Collectors’ performance to an automated web-based report via Cognos making the reporting time 50% more efficient and readily available for senior management.-Quickly grasped Wells Fargo reporting structure and business practices for small business lending.

•Performed data analysis for executive reporting on varying credit/loan criteria and adhoc requests.-Presented data on Loss Mitigation efforts on a daily basis.-Created a “winding-down” pipeline report of lock volume per operation site during Wells Fargo acquisition that was monitored by senior management.-Research mortgage data to provide comparisons to other mortgage lenders (Ex: Pricing and Marketshare data).

• Created reports to capture policy changes to loan products/programs and properly adjust pricing for sale to secondary investors.-Maintained the national ratesheet that adjusted for MSR’s that was distributed nationally.

• Consolidated 13 regional Wholesale ratesheets into 3 regional ratesheets that accounted for state variances in pricing for Wachovia’s Broker audience.-Perform ad-hoc requests for the Wholesale channel (lock volume and funded volume).

Senior Loan Coordinator:•Awarded 1 of 10 annual Excellence Performance Award among the company for quality of work and team work.-Participated in corporate focus groups to standardize processes and procedures across the various work sites.-Priced and pre-underwrote loans in DU and LP for approval by the underwriter.Pricing/Lock Specialist:• Developed a personal pricing engine to alleviate pricing discrepancies and mitigate locking issues for the local office.-Took incoming calls regarding program guidelines, priced loan scenarios, and locked loans for the appropriate period.-Worked with Secondary Market to resolve/extend/reprice loans to and provide most profitable margins for the local region.
