People management:• Manage the Supervisor leave requests to ensure that cover is not compromised. Act as cover for any shift gaps• Mentor the Shift Supervisors to ensure that personal objectives and business KPI’s are met• Identify training and development plans for manufacturing Supervisors• Help with discipline control for both the Supervisors and Module Technologist’s• Provide daily coordination / communication link between Logistics and ProductionImplementation management:• Progress chase batches to ensure that OTD KPI is met• Work with Logistics team so that weekly wafer starts plan is met• Ensure that daily logistics requirement for external customers are achievedTechnical requirements:• Ensure that Health and Safety & Environmental procedures are maintained.• Able to provide ‘safety co-ordinator’ role in the event of an evacuation.• Knowledge of CAM system so that part / product changes can be made in line with customer / logistics section requirement • Team facilitation skills• Scheduling and planning tools

Responsible for inline problem solving during the production of CMOS semiconductors.
