Helped move regional help desks to one central help desk. I was then part of a project team working with our IT department to transfer our Techinal Services division onto a new CAFM system. My role within the project team was to ensure that operation requirements were met and to verify asset and planned maintenance data that was loaded into the system. Following this we have now just implemented dynamic scheduling for mobile engineers.I provide reporting on reactive and planned maintenance tasks to support contracts managers across the country and mobilisation support of new contracts.The last 12 months with Bilfinger I was tasked with moving the UK business on to the new international CAFM system including the implementation of the mobile devices for mobile engineering teams.

Whilst here the main contract was a repairs and maintenance contract for Lloyds Banking Group. It was my responsibility to ensure all SLAs and KPIs were met, and the contract ran as smooth & efficiently as possible. I carried out the implementation of new CAFM system to assit the team in planning workload and ensuring all requestes are documented

I started work at Walsh as a time serviced electrician. This involved working on commercial premises carrying out repairs and new installations.I then moved into management, managing their small works and maintenance department. I implemented a CAFM system to assist in recording and planning work orders. I trained my replacement as I was moved into procurement and setting up a computerised purchasing system. Once this was established, I moved in to Contract Managing, in position I was responible for bring project in on time and within budget. I then return to their maintenance department to head the team once again.
