Lee is an accomplished Director leading MBM’s Melbourne office. With over 30 years’ experience in milestone national projects across both the United Kingdom and Australia, Lee focuses on unlocking development opportunities within Victoria’s private and public education property and health infrastructure sectors. Working diligently with key stakeholders to deliver results across industries, Lee places an overarching prioritisation on building strong commercial relationships through the provision of technical guidance to new and emerging sectors. Attuned to providing full scope cost planning and cost management services, Lee manages notable and complex projects across Victoria, working with clients including Victoria Health Building Authority, Department of Education and Training Victorian School Building Authority, Development Victoria and Alfred Health. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree, is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow in the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS).
