• Managed product marketing and development of industry solutions PCs designed to operate in the healthcare, retail, industrial automation, public services, and hospitality verticals. As a GBU PM who carried a sales quota, the responsibility included maintaining a strong relationship with regional sales and key account execs to collect marketing insights and pain points to influence decisions and drive customer acceptance.• Co-ordinated graphic designers and content creators to compose visual communication including marketing brochures, sales kits, EDMs, user manuals, and data sheets to educate internal/external stakeholders that provided successful stories, key selling points, roadmaps including gen-over-gen transition plans, peripheral and installation kits options, and ordering part numbers.• Directed post-launched quality enhancement project for a critical customer, achieved an improvement of verified defect rate decreased from 10% to 0.5%, resulting in YoY sales growth of 160%.
