• Initiated the company's Industrial AIO PC product line from scratch for retail, public services, andfactory applications by conducting market analysis, financial simulation, ID, mechanical, and roadmapplanning.
• Hands-on prototype building a 21.5” system with peripherals options and drafted spec sheets andsales kits for Go-to-Market.

• Managed product marketing and development of industry solutions PCs designed to operate in the healthcare, retail, industrial automation, public services, and hospitality verticals. As a GBU PM who carried a sales.
• Co-ordinated graphic designers and content creators to compose visual communication including marketing brochures, sales kits, EDMs, user manuals, and data sheets to educate internal/external stakeholders that provided.
• Directed post-launched quality enhancement project for a critical customer, achieved an improvement of verified defect rate decreased from 10% to 0.5%, resulting in YoY sales growth of 160%.

• Led onsite and virtual workshops during the concept and development phase of Intel-brandeddesktop motherboards, and mini-DT "NUC" (Next Unit of Computing) series, contributed to the RFQawards, and ensured product.
• Initiated and spearheaded the SSD prototype project, conducting a comprehensive value chainanalysis and drafting a strategic business plan for executive presentation. This kickstarted developmentafter a business trip.
