As a Delivery Associate, I support the Connected Leadership Academy team to develop leaders from under-represented communities. I manage cohorts of over 1000+ individuals, facilitate impactful sessions, and bring in inspirational speakers to guide discussions on topics such as personal branding, networking, and leadership mindsets.My passion for adult learning and training development stems from my previous experience as a Senior Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where I worked on projects with major industry leaders in the learning and training space. I designed and developed the new learning and engagement strategy for an international business-wide transformation, coordinated leaders of innovative learning technologies, and collaborated with client and offshore resources to deliver high-quality learning materials.I thrive in challenging and diverse environments, where I can learn, create, and do something new every day.
