Contract position for a busy Oil & Gas Brokerage, performing complex legal searches for royalty owners and interests, and well activity. Maintain multi-layered spreadsheets on current prospects and leases. Manage Mineral Deed, Division Orders and Assignments. My role has evolved into performing accounting functions such as JIBs, Working Interest and Bonus Payments, and Tax Preparation. Strong collaboration with CEO, and skilled customer service as the front line contact with potential Lessors and Operators. This position at times, ran concurrent with Pahl & Associates role.

I have full working knowledge of Land Applications, including Well Proposals, AFE's, Title Opinions, Invoicing for Well Costs. Provide Data Management and Flow systems utilizing upper level skills in Excel, MSOffice Suite, Internet Research of Well data including Pangea and OCC Websites. Maintain and Update Partner data, Coordinate information exchange between Landmen, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Geology Departments.
