After a year or so of telling staff to simply "reboot" I moved in to the Incident management team dealing with critical incidents on the Optus Infrastructure managed by HP.Over my 9 year tenure at HP I managed the Critical Incident Management Team, successful moved the team off shore to Malaysia forming new business critical processes in both Incident Management and Change Management on all key managed accounts including National Brands, Amcor and Vodafone.Having the key account knowledge I had the opportunity to form part of the Escalation Management Team, connecting global teams to assist in resolving escalated critical incident locally.
