Technical Talent Acquisition Partner
Current- Equal partnership owning 25+ reqs/month, recruiting/sourcing to fill various roles, high-level/technical.
- Recruit/screen for PMs, Scrum Masters, Engineers, Writers, Help Desk, Analyst and Product roles.
- Constant active/passive sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and Jobvite ATS; 200+ reach outs per week.
- Partner with RCs throughout interview scheduling process, prepping candidates via phone screens.
- Using Jobvite, Google Docs, Workday and other ATS to track candidate stages and offer numbers.
- Consistently hold intakes for impactful sourcing; schedule kick-offs/debriefs for efficient process flow.
