• Established the demand planning function in North America, including all processes, organizational design, SAP system roll out, and governance measures.
• Built and led a diverse team of 52 people across US and Canada with North American market-leading gender and pay equity.
• Leveraged AI and data analytics to automate the pre-season tactical planning process increasing forecast accuracy by 23% and reducing workload by 80%
• Led the market-wide end-to-end planning transformation program to overhaul the planning processes and move from channel silos to omni-channel planning.
