Adaptable and highly motivated Software Engineer, transitioning from a scientific engineering background. Currently on a C# Software Development bootcamp to extend my programming knowledge into a nominally-typed language, while proficient in TypeScript, Python and SQL (personal projects on my GitHub). Experience using AWS, Azure (AZ-900 certified) and serverless IaC deployment, and familiar integrating with APIs of OpenAI and business platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot and Intercom.Over my internship with the start-up '42ai' (now 'Delegate') I was afforded increasing levels of responsibility, and with my proficiency with SQL, I was entrusted with independently designing and developing a scalable, platform-agnostic onboarding architecture for storing customers' data from across a range of different business platform sources (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk) within internal databases. By replacing a previously rigid and hardcoded workflow, implementation of my design significantly decreased development time required to onboard new clients, thus enabling greater focus on developing new features while interest from prospective customers continued to grow.
