Lee leads the Enterprise Content Management practice for Capgemini in the UK as well as being the Global Lead for Enterprise Content Management.Lee is the Solution Lead for Capgemini's Case as a Service offering, responsible for the offer development and its growth in the UK market as well as advising other geographies.

Lee led Capgemini's Information Management practice in the UK, responsible for delivering innovative and successful ECM solutions in the UK. As well as leading a team of over 50 people Lee worked on the following projects:Manufacturing Company: Lee provided Strategy and Assurance for a large Manufacturing company who had deployed SharePoint and EMC Documentum so that they could optimise their use of the two technologies.Manufacturing Company: Project Manager for the implementation of SharePoint 2010 as an ECM platform for large multinational.

Lee worked as a Solution Architect in Capgemini's Information Management practice as well as being responsible for the Alliance with EMC Documentum. During his time at Capgemini Lee has worked on a number of projects:Central Government: Lead Architect for a large Programme in Public Sector with annual budget in excess of £10m. Acted as technical QA and business liaison to provide alignment between programme and the business objectives.Transport Infrastructure Provider: Provided Solutioning and Quality Assurance on a project to integrate SharePoint and Documentum. The solution enabled the organisation to improve their Collaboration with Third Part Providers.Police Force:Lead Architect on a project to implement a Case Management solution for a department within a large Police Force. The solution was based on Documentum but also included SAP BI and Oracle Service Bus. Oil & Gas:Solution Architect on a project to implement Documentum into a Facilities Management company. Project reduced storage costs by establishing an EDM system and also reduced the time for end users to receive information.Central Government:Lead Architect on a major Portal programme for a central government dept. Lee was the lead architect on the project reporting into a Design Authority. The DA was responsible for a Strategic Architecture which took many of the project architecture artefacts. Lee was responsible for managing the compliance of the programme architecture to the Strategic Architecture through regular reviews and ensuring a roadmap was produced and followed. The role included technical management of two service providers to the client, an application service provider and a hosting service provider, building relationships with the key stakeholders within the business, contribution to the high level designs and management of a team of specialist architects.

Worked on a variety of projects concentrating on Portal and Content Management.Pharmaceuticals Project:Project Architect on a project to implement a Portal throughout the company. The project consisted of multiple streams including the Portal, a Collaborative solution, Content Management, Document Library and Search technology. Lee was responsible for the Portal, Collaborative, Document Library and Content Management streams. The project used Vignette Application Portal, eRoom, Documentum and Autonomy. Role involved analysis, design, development and project management. Automotive:Project lead to design and implement a document library system for a corporate intranet. Based on ASP with Oracle interMedia.Automotive:Project lead to implement a eCommerce internet site tio advertise brand accessories. JSP, J2EE, Oracle and XML.
