As Senior Project Manager at Slicedbread I worked as the primary contact on my accounts, working with clients to ensure that their requirements for budget, time and functionality are met. I managed the full project lifecycle from sales through to implementation on a variety of sized projects, which include managing both UK and offshore team members. I managed a portfolio of clients and projects simultaneously covering a wide variety of solutions and technologies.Some highlights of my work at Slicedbread would be; delivering the corporate website for Dominos Pizza. I have delivered SharePoint Intranets for Dominos, UCLPartners and Aldermore bank. I managed a SCRUM team that helped deliver the new Bupa Complaints management system that included technologies such as SharePoint, Thunderhead, SWIFT and CRM. As Programme Manager at Amaze I sat on the team board alongside the Account Director, Creative Director and Technical Manager and had joint responsibility of managing and delivering a multi million P&L.The primary role was to ensure that the team adhere to the set governance and control processes to ensure the work that is produced meets the required standards and meets the client expectations.I managed and mentored a team of Project Managers with overall responsibility for their projects. The role included regular one to one reviews with the project managers to discuss their projects and help identify and resolve key risks and issues with their projects.Programme Manager would have final approval of estimates produced by the project managers before client submission. I would also Project Manage the higher risk projects.Working closely with the company PMO I would submit weekly and monthly resource plans and capacity plans along with team project status and finance reports.Reporting directly into the Operations Director and attending weekly management meetings with the CEO.
