Owner of Great Harvest Bread Company - Eau Claire, WI. We take pride in making and baking the BEST bread and bakery products in the Chippewa Valley. We start by ordering our wheat berries from the very best - MONTANA! Then we take the wheat berries and hammer them into flour in our mill room daily. This provides the very freshest of whole grain breads for you to enjoy. We do not use high fructose corn syrup, but rather honey from a local producer. We also bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies and bars daily as well as pies and cupcakes during special months.
