Part of the core team that led the launch of Google Cloud's Generative AI offerings (specifically Generative AI on Vertex AI), devising the comprehensive GTM strategy and engaging directly with high-profile clients by briefing both C-suite executives and technical teams. Developed the inaugural Cloud Generative AI use case taxonomy, and built the first monitoring tool to track LLM API product usage. Channeled critical Cloud customer feedback to research teams, directly contributing to improvements in Google's LLMs (PaLM and Gemini) as we know them today.

Piloted novel AI/ML applications with large enterprises through proof-of-concepts that address challenging real-world problems, provide early product validations to enable future Cloud AI product developments. Led programs to help GCP products adhere to standards that Google Cloud has committed to based on customer contracts and/or legal regulation to instill the highest level of customer trust by ensuring product and engineering teams meet various technical and operational requirements in security and privacy domains. Led the landing of GCP AI/ML product compliance certifications (https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/docs/general/vertexai-compliance), including ISO, SOC, PCI, FedRAMP, and HIPAA. Served as the HIPAA program lead for all of GCP.

Drafted several key standard operating procedures (user guides) for finance systems. Supported and participated in systems implementation/enhancement projects, and successfully back-filled a Senior Finance Systems Analyst 6 weeks into the role.
