Responsible for operations, strategy and financial stability of community based programming at five locations. Accomplishments include successfully completing a $6.5 million capital campaign to purchase and renovate the historic Phinney Center, growing the organization budget from $2.4 million in 2010 to $3.3 million in 2019, leading statewide advocacy efforts to get legislation passed that created tax‐exempt status for community centers (2010) and tax exemption for senior centers throughout the state (2016); and to secure $20 million in funding for dozens of heritage projects across the state, including grants to the PNA for $1 million (2011) and $750,000 (2015), growing organizational capacity, serving 20,000 community members in 2010 to 30,000 people a year in 2019.

Taught group classes and offered private one-on-one instruction focused on loose leash walking, puppy socialization, and challenging behaviors. Built individualized learning programs complete with in-lesson learning activities and resource materials for take-home learning.

Developed and taught curricula for both graduate and undergraduate courses in nonprofit leadership, helping to facilitate a new generation of informed nonprofit leaders. Courses included Introduction to the Nonprofit Sector (undergraduate) and Fundamentals of the Nonprofit Sector (graduate).
