I manage the Hastings office. This includes maintaining an existing client base and being the initial contact for new clients, quoting and ordering IT related equipment, providing telephone, onsite and remote support for corporate, small business and individual clients and carrying out Server and Desktop installation, upgrades and maintenance.

During this period I worked on a wood grading system that required an ASCII signal from an ink dye to be read into an Allen Bradley PLC and then text would be sprayed onto the wood from another ASCII signal. I started this period running my own company called Blue Byte Limited, I supported a variety of individuals and companies offering a range of computer.

My role is quote, design, write and commission PLC, HMI and Scada software for various food companies, wineries and freezer works. I have also been heavily involved in building and configuring MS SQL databases using Intouch SQL, from this I have created a Microsoft Access project that reported to email and printer. I worked on a project at Montana Winery.

Duties: Inductoheat built turnkey induction heaters all over the world; all of my work was base around Europe. My role was to design, develop and write programmes for Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC's. The induction heaters required servos to move the billets in the heater we used AB, Lenze and Siemens servos.The most rewarding project I worked.

Duties: We had clients in the waste water pharmaceutical industry. My role was to design, develop and write programmes for Intouch and RSView Scada, PanelBuilder LOI's and Allen Bradley PLC's, then to install and commission 'on-site'. I worked on the £100 million Tay Wastewater Project, I designed, wrote and commissioned the RSView Scada system, I was then.

Duties: All of our clients were in the food industry. Duties: For my work experience the task was to install and set-up 20 computers. These computers would then be used by children for educational workshops. Once I had the system up and running I trained staff on how to run the network. I assisted for the first two workshops, helping the children use the computers and helping the staff if there were any.
