• Post-earthquake safety assessments / IEP evaluations and Detailed Engineering Evaluations and subsequent strengthening designs for numerous commercial buildings throughout Christchurch following the September 2010 and.
• Detailed post-earthquake assessments of industrial manufacture buildings including remedial works / strengthening schemes and new build design work as well as risk assessment and remedial work prioritisation and design.
• Design of winery buildings.
• Structural Design of Business Park development,
• Design of large warehouse development.

• Vodafone NZ Ltd - South Island Team leader responsible for the delivery of engineering / project management consulting services to Vodafone NZ Ltd.
• Detailed design of 7000m3 waste water treatment works and associated buildings.
• Structural design of a 3 storey retirement building.
• Design of steel structure for new medical centre.

Sheffield, United Kingdom

• A sample of the projects I have worked on are noted below: -
• National Wembley Stadium development, UK – Assistant design team leader for the Sheffield office, responsibilities include management of Sheffield design team members, detailed dynamic analysis and design of bowl.
• Redevelopment of West Stand at Twickenham, UK – designs included middle tier commentary platforms, player’s tunnel camera platform and the South West corner control box. Project Value: £27 million.
• Harlequins Football Club, UK - Design team leader for the design of a new 8000-seat stand, preliminary and detailed design of all terrace and first floor RC construction. Project Value: £4 million.
• New city council offices, Sheffield, UK - Superstructure design team leader for the Heart of the City phase 1A development a 5-storey steel framed office building with four levels of underground car parking. Project.
• Wharfedale Locality Hospital PFI Scheme, UK - Assistant project manager for the procurement of the new Wharfedale Locality Hospital. Responsible for all aspects of procurement including, evaluation. Project value £45.
