I believe in a future where humanity and organizational performance come together in a fundamentally different way. More kindness, more innovation, more space for historically excluded voices, and real results that benefit all people. I have also worked with behavioral scientists, launched a startup in Silicon Valley, led people ops/culture for a global remote tech company, advised large nonprofits and philanthropists, and backpacked the world. The common thread across my experiences is a deep curiosity to understand what makes people tick and a love for connecting siloed interests. Areas of interest: organizational design, culture change, facilitation, Buddhism, mindfulness, I/O psychology, behavioral science, systems thinking, improvisational comedy, and unconventional group icebreakers.
