The Manager of Business & Finance Analytics conducts analysis, manages core processesand key data ensuring timely and accurate business and financial reporting. This role serves on the management team and works collaboratively with a high impact team in an entrepreneurial organizational culture while working closely across all levels of the organization continually understanding the evolving needs of the programs, educates members regarding finance and accounting, and provides modeling to the organization to better understand the financial implications of strategic decisions. This role contributes to strategic, budget management performance for the finance function, contributes to strategy development and plays an active role on the Operations team. This role also supports business development and other strategic priorities.
