As the Executive Director of Hands In 4 Youth, a nonprofit organization that provides educational and recreational programs for underserved children and families, I lead a team of dedicated staff and volunteers who share a common vision of empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers. I have been in this role for over seven years, and I am proud of the impact we have made in our community and beyond.My core competencies include new business development, sales coaching, customer service, community building, and public speaking. I have successfully secured and managed multiple grants, contracts, and partnerships that have enabled us to expand our services, improve our facilities, and increase our outreach. I have also developed and implemented effective strategies for staff development, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about helping others grow and develop in their roles, and I believe that all relationships are built on trust, integrity, and kindness. My mission is to connect with people and form true partnerships and true communities that benefit the young people we serve.
